What Is Shoes4Unity?

Currently over 300 million children around the world are without shoes, and your church can help us change that! The Association of Unity Churches has partnered with Soles4Souls in an effort to raise funds that will sponsor the distribution of 525,600 pairs of shoes to people in need around the world!

And that’s not all! Shoes4Unity was formed to serve not only as a spiritual social action program, but also as a fundraiser! When your church collects sponsorships of new shoes, you will not only be enriching lives around the globe, but part of the proceeds will be returned to further your local church programs, as well as Unity’s global vision. Don’t want to use the program as a fundraiser? No problem! Your church is welcome to waive your fundraiser earnings, and Soles4Souls will use it to give away more shoes on behalf of your congregation.

With Unity churches across America getting involved, implementing the Shoes4Unity program is a great opportunity to become part of something bigger than any one church could accomplish alone… When we join together, we can Change the World One Pair at a Time®!

How Does Shoes4Unity Work?

Your church works with the Soles4Souls team to designate the dates that you will run the Shoes4Unity program. Once you sign up, Soles4Souls will send you all of the materials you will need to implement the program, at no cost to you.

During the dates of your program, your church collects monetary sponsorships from your congregation for new shoes.

  • $5 sponsors new shoes for individuals.
  • $20 sponsors new shoes for a family.
  • $100 sponsors new shoes for a school.
  • $250 sponsors new shoes for a village.

At the conclusion of your program, your church sends the collected funds to Soles4Souls, and Soles4Souls will use a part of the proceeds to send shoes to people in need! Not only will you be impacting lives with the gift of shoes, but your fundraiser earnings will serve to help further the Unity vision locally and globally.

Implementing Shoes4Unity at your local church is a great way to get your congregation involved in actively making a difference in the world, and signing up is easy! Just fill out the Shoes4Unity Program Agreement, and return it to Shoes4Unity at 319 Martingale Drive, Old Hickory, TN 37138. You may also fax the form to (615) 391-5730.
